Our full and part time employees are scheduled on a two-week basis in which every other weekend is a three-day weekend.

Full Time Benefits include –

• Twenty hours of vacation after six months (if 80 hours per pay period)
• ˝ week Personal time and one week vacation time after one year
• ˝ week Personal time and two weeks vacation time after two years
• Pension/profit sharing plan
• Health care coverage for employee (60% employer paid)
• Glasses and contact lenses at cost for employee and their dependents

Part Time Benefits include –

• One week vacation time after one year (average number of hours per week)
• Two weeks vacation time after two years
• Pension/profit sharing plan (if qualifying number of hours is met)
• Glasses and contact lenses at cost for employee and their dependents
